The Harmon Memorial was held at the Evergreen College in Olympia, July 17-18, 2010, in conjunction with the annual LakeFair celebration in Olympia.
There were 18 players in all for the five-round, one-section Swiss tournament.

Three players came up from the Vancouver, Washington area to play but no Oregon players showed up.

The Harmon Memorial tournament will alternate between Oregon and Washington. The 2011 event will be held in Oregon.
