2004 Washington State Championship / Premier

The 2004 Washington State Championship / Premier tournaments were conducted as round-robins the weekends of February 7-8 and 14-16, 2004 at the Oki Foundation Meeting Center, 10838 Main St. in Bellevue, WA.

The results appear below. Congratulations to Slava Mikhailuk on repeating as Washington State chess champion, and to Curt Collyer for winning the Premier!
